Cancellation within 14 days of arrival:

The full stay will be charged, less money recouped through re-letting (28 days at Christmas and new year)
A reservation is a legally binding contract therefore we urge you to take out holiday insurance.

To reserve a room, you will be requested to provide valid card details (type, number, expiry date, issue number or a valid from date and the last 3 digits of the security code shown on the back of the credit card).

Change of rooms

If the room you have reserved is considered unusable by circumstances beyond our control, we hold the right to transfer the booking to another room.
