What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.
- The cookies we use come in four types - First Party Session, First Party Persistent, Third Party Session and Third Party Persistent.
- We Control all the cookies we use whether they are directly for website experience purposes (first-party) or for our use by us in third-party applications such as ‘Facebook’. Other examples of this are our use of Google Analytics and Google Adwords.
- Our cookies are used for marketing/remarketing purposes and to better understand our audience. This is achieved by seeing information such as website visitor locations, ages and tracking where people go on our website.
