The Hill Top Tarns and Craggy Wood Walk is a scenic, medium length walk from Staveley, with a climb through Craggy Woods then onto the fells to visit Potter Tarn and Gurnal Dubbs. It's a fabulous way to explore the landscape of The Lake District, without having to worry about a route and directions. The duration of the walk is approximately 5 hours and a reasonable level of fitness is required. It begins at Wilf's Cafe, a local favourite famous for its Veggie Chilli, ideal for a well- deserved meal afterwards.
