TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Winner 2014 The Cranleigh Boutique


An update on our 5 star hotel in the Lake District (2014 to date).


So we found out in January that we are shortlisted to receive an award at the Travel Marketing Awards for the Best Use Of Social Media category, this event is to be held later in March down in London at the lovely Grosvenor House and we are certainly very excited to attend. This is a real achievement for us, the event is organised by the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Travel Industry Group (CIMTIG) so it would be an unbelievable recognition for our marketing efforts. We're getting the glad rags on, talking about it in the office and traveling down for a night of hoping and fingers crossed celebrations too, we'll update you through our Social Media as soon as possible.


February was a brilliant month seeing the Cranleigh Boutique debut on ITV's 'This Morning' programme. We were displayed within the Valentines warm up on the 12th of the month. Our Windermere Boutique hotel was featured as one of the best hotels within the country specifically aimed at celebrating the annual romantic celebration. TripAdvisor also revealed that we are still number one within the most romantic hotels in the Lake District category, actually within the North of England so we are beyond pleased to receive this accolade two years running.
