Our cocktail ‘taste testers’ have been hard at work!

At the Cranleigh boutique, nothing is ever left to chance. That’s why we have the reputation for excellence. And, we like to think everything has been tried and tested prior to exposing our product to our customers. Nothing is beneath us – even the tough jobs. That’s why it was a struggle last week to ‘taste test’ the new and bespoke cocktail menu that will be one of the highlights of The Fizzy Tarté...

 
It’s a hard job, but someone’s got to do it!

 

 

OK, so it’s a pretty great job! And the team at the Cranleigh (many of whom are expert cocktail drinkers!) took to the task with gusto! Our skilled cocktail makers worked hard all night long, assembling the cocktails, which looked like works of art. We will obviously be offering all your favourites at The Fizzy Tarté, such as the irresistible and classic bellini, but we’ll also be putting a spin on the classics and of course, featuring our very own signature cocktail called The Fizzy Tarté! You won’t be able to find it anywhere else!

 

Our top three favourites!

 

It’s always difficult choosing an outright favourite, so we’ve chosen three!

 

- Apple Mojito – the beautiful apple mojito looked so delicious in the glass, we could barely contain ourselves! A combination of rum, apple liqueur, crushed ice, mint, lime and apples make this a truly refreshing drink. It’s potentially a dangerous concoction for long, lazy afternoons on the patio outside The Fizzy Tarté, but we’ll take our chances…

 

- Long Island Iced Tea – this classic cocktail sent one of our ‘taste-testers’ particularly giddy and it’s easy to see why. Tequila, vodka, light rum, triple sec, gin, and a splash of cola combine in an elegant highball glass, to make this a fruity and indulgent experience. We’re all on board!
 
- Porn Star Martini – we love the ‘tongue in cheek’ name and this was a real favourite with the team. Deliciously cooled vodka, passion fruit liqueur, vanilla sugar, passion fruit puree, pressed apple and a shot of champagne make this a winner in our eyes! This is definitely one for when the sun goes down…
